How do I tap to play?

Each AudioPost card has a special NFC sticker embedded by hand, marked on the back of the postcard. Just tap the top of your phone (where most NFC readers are located) against the marked area, hold it for a second, and you’ll be directed to the music playlist in the appropriate app.

Will AudioPost work with any phone?

Most modern smartphones, including iPhones with iOS 13 and newer and the majority of Android devices, come with an NFC reader built in.

What music apps are supported?

Any playlist link is supported. However, the recipient will need to have the corresponding app and an active account to access the playlist. For instance, if you send a Spotify link, the recipient must have the Spotify app or a Spotify account.

How long does it take to send?

Most orders arrive within 1–3 business days. Shipping times may vary based on your location, but we do our best to get your AudioPost delivered as quickly as possible.

What if my AudioPost is never received or doesn’t work?

If your AudioPost is lost in transit or the NFC sticker doesn’t work, just contact us at support@audiopost.app. We’ll resend it—no questions asked.

Can I change the playlist link after it’s sent?

Once your AudioPost is mailed out, the link embedded on the NFC sticker cannot be changed.

Do you ship internationally?

No, we do not ship internationally at this time.
